Refund policy

  • Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags in tact.   • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Returns Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer monetary returns, it will be our pleasure to exchange your purchase for another product of equal value. If the new item is more expensive than the original, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new item is less expensive than the original, we will issue you a store credit for the difference. If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Availability is subject to stock levels.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or exchange option.
