From the forests of Borikén, a symbol of survival takes flight.

The Iguaca Men’s Polo celebrates the Puerto Rican parrot—the iguaca, as it was known to the Taíno. Found naturally only in Puerto Rico, its unmistakable green plumage has been part of the island’s landscape for centuries.

Our design places the iguaca among lush tropical foliage, letting its brilliant greens stand out against a choice of Black or Light Grey. It’s a bold pattern with a deeper story: one of heritage, resilience and the continued fight to protect a uniquely Puerto Rican species.

The Iguaca is the first release from Alas del Caribe, a Taíno Golf collection celebrating the birds of Puerto Rico.

And this collection has a purpose beyond the fairway. Taíno Golf has set a goal of donating $1,000 to World Parrot Trust to support Puerto Rican parrot conservation efforts.
